I am SHOCKED that I'm still going to class! I have never stuck with an exercise regime for this long.
My favorite thing is the time, instructor's sense of humor, mix of exercises/style, appreciate the resources (web site tools, handouts). Megan is great, she says what we need to hear and leaves it up to the individual to decide what is best; love it when she doesn't count! I can do more when I don't know how long I have to go.
Megan is a great instructor. She instructs the class based on the needs of the day. She tailors the class for all different levels especially for short fat guys. I would highly recommend Megan at an instructor. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She brings great energy and humor to the class. I would recommend this class for all guys. It improves muscles and flexibility that most men do not have. It is very humbling. I really like the class.
I am much more flexible, have a better balance, feel relaxed and destressed. My favorite thing is Meg and everything she has taught me. What would you change? Not one thing! I hope it continues after this 12 week session! Meg is fabulous! She is so forgiving of those who cannot quite do the pose or stretch. She makes me feel like I can do anything! I love her! I have become a better person!
My favorite thing? There is really no favorite part, I like the whole class! Maybe the china gel at the end is really the only reason I come to class. I truly think that you get out of class what you put into it! Meg does a great job at showing all the skill levels, She is the best!
