How does this work?
who
Students of all levels are welcome. To take a hosted class, choose a session on the calendar with an upcoming start date or indicate your level and we will find a class that meets your needs. Classes are taught by registered yoga teachers.

what
We teach Yoga, Yogalates, Yoga for Guys, Pilates, Mommy & Me Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Chair Yoga. We also teach workshops & boot camps.

why
Rather than paying for studio space, we choose to use spaces that already exist and give the money we would be spending on rent or property to registered nonprofits. As far as joining a class in general, that's up to you. Your intention sets your reward.

how
The typical session is 6 classes, once per week, and requires 6 students to fill. Any student fees beyond the host locations quota are donated back to the host chosen charity at the end of the session. Fees vary depending on the level and length of the session but typically average $60 per session equal to $10.00 per class, less than area studio drop in fees and you are donating to a good cause! The session fee is due at the begining of the first class or you may pay online. There is no limit to our donation, we only limit our fees. A single six week session with 15 students can raise up to $500 for the hosts charity. With continuous sessions of 15 students, that's $4,000 per year.
