"I owe a HUGE thank you for the impact Yoga for Good has made on my life. I’ve been working with Meg Wambach and Yoga for Good for over two years, and it has been the catalyst for profound change in my health and sense of well being. Meg always puts together sessions that are creative and challenging, yet doable for participants with varying levels of experience. The classes are always exhilarating and rejuvenating for mind, body and spirit. Meg has an incredible gift for encouragement, creativity, challenge and support. Add to this the fact that a portion of the class fees support our Food Pantry, and it becomes a blessing upon a blessing. And working with her has truly changed my life. I know that I am a different and a far happier woman than I was two years ago. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart." Namaste, Kathie Nichols
"I really enjoy the first few moments of class when I get to lay down & stop thinking about work! The class is difficult enough to challenge, but fun enough to keep me coming back. And I’d hate to miss the relaxation pose at the end with a little china gel massage. It’s the best!!" - Katie Oak Park Place
"I have taken other yoga classes and felt completely overwhelmed. I was thrilled as to how Meg conducts her classes… very casual and comfortable, where I could ask questions at anytime. I feel relieved and unstressed after each class and I can tell the next day that I really have worked out!!" - Jennifer
"Well, I have to tell you that the class has made a world of difference in my ability to stretch as well as relieving the pain in my joints and reducing my stress. The yoga-lates experience is a great combination of low impact exercises that concentrate on building a better physical core and mental state. Thankfully Meg is patient and takes the time to help with technique especially breathing and balance. I’ve now done two of her classes and am looking forward to many more with her. Honestly I’ve not felt this limber in some time. Thanks Meg." - Steve
Boot Camp Testimonials
I am SHOCKED that I'm still going to class! I have never stuck with an exercise regime for this long.
My favorite thing is the time, instructor's sense of humor, mix of exercises/style, appreciate the resources (web site tools, handouts). Megan is great, she says what we need to hear and leaves it up to the individual to decide what is best; love it when she doesn't count! I can do more when I don't know how long I have to go.
Megan is a great instructor. She instructs the class based on the needs of the day. She tailors the class for all different levels especially for short fat guys. I would highly recommend Megan at an instructor. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She brings great energy and humor to the class. I would recommend this class for all guys. It improves muscles and flexibility that most men do not have. It is very humbling. I really like the class.
I am much more flexible, have a better balance, feel relaxed and destressed. My favorite thing is Meg and everything she has taught me. What would you change? Not one thing! I hope it continues after this 12 week session! Meg is fabulous! She is so forgiving of those who cannot quite do the pose or stretch. She makes me feel like I can do anything! I love her! I have become a better person!
