workshops include: basic yoga postures & alignment, breathing & relaxation techniques.

A typical workshop is ~3 hours and averages $20.00 per student.
All funds collected beyond minimum attendance are donated to charity.
Familiarize yourself with basic poses, fundamental breath and relaxation techniques, have fun and support a good cause!  Yoga can get you on the path to a healthy body and a calm, connected mind.

Our workshops are excellent for individuals who have thought about trying yoga, but aren't sure what to expect in a class setting. New students who want to refine the basics and experienced students are also welcome to deepen their practice.
Host your own or benefit from another hosts workshop. Help raise funds  by advertising the workshop. 100% of the funds after the class quota is met are donated directly to you.


Introduce yourself or other organizations to the benefits that yoga has to offer and raise funds for a charity of your choice! Have the space and a cause you care about? You can even host your own workshop and use proceeds to fund a second charity workshop in which all funds collected are donated.
